Job Description
The Program Manager will create and execute a project implementation plan for every project assigned. This will include activities like:
Operational support for executing programs and projects.
Assist with internal and external communication with university stakeholders and externa contacts and partners.
Set up meetings and follow-up on action.
Reporting/tracking and providing constant updates to key university stakeholders.
Any other project related activities assigned from time to time by the DSI or university.
Be the single point of contact for all aspects of the project (technical, academic, administrative, project management).
Take ownership of all internal coordination with faculty members and University leadership internally to help finalize key decisions such as use-cases, implementation models, content finalization, student details, etc.
Communicate and coordinate external meetings with vendors.
Raise risks, concerns on any project related activities.
Helps drive student engagement and adoption activities on campus.
Qualifications
● Graduate (MBA degree is preferred) with 3-4 years' work experience in project/program management
● Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
● Proficiency in productivity tools like MS Office suite, especially Excel, PPT
● Comfortable working with collaboration tools like Zoom, MS Teams, Google Suite, etc.
Desirable
Prior experience in change management, digital transformation projects - exposure to education a big plus, OR
