Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Tronica City for a Sales & Marketing Specialist (Investment Casting). The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities for investment casting, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management practices. The Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and execute strategies to maximize sales and profit.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing for investment casting products or similar industrial products
• Ability to understand and explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Sound knowledge of customer account management and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales & and marketing, specifically in investment casting or similar industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
