Job Title: IT Team Leader / Project leader

Job Role & Responsibility:
Determine organization needs and identify system specifications
Exposure to handling overseas projects.
Design & develop the structure of technology systems, communicate these with the client
Communicate system requirements to software designers and developers; explain system structure to them and provide assistance throughout the assembly process.
Choose suitable software, hardware and suggest integration methods.
Oversee development and implementation of assigned programs and guide teammates
Troubleshoot technical problems as and when they arise
Carry out testing procedures to ensure systems are running smoothly
Ensure that systems satisfy quality standards and procedures
Produce progress reports
Skills Required :
must have High business analysis idea
must have the ability to manage a team independently and must have problem solving ability. That means whenever there is a technical issue then he should have the ability to resolve it immediately.
must have excellent communication skills.
must have good knowledge on making business proposals and project documentation.
must have knowledge of project analysis.
must be experienced in hard coding and work at least 3-4 years as a sr. developers etc.
