Job description

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an inbound sales specialist. The Inbound The Sales Specialist will be responsible for answering customer calls and emails. creating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The role is located in Bengaluru, but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications:

⚫ Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills

⚫ Excellent communication skills and ability to build customer relationships

⚫ Strong sales skills and ability to achieve sales targets

⚫ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

⚫ Technology background and interest in AI/ML and computer vision is a

plus

⚫ Experience in the fashion industry or with e-commerce platforms is a plus

⚫ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
