Overview

The Customer Service BIRLA PRESALES plays a crucial role in providing exceptional pre-sales support to customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide accurate product or service information.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless pre-sales process.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Manage and update customer records and sales processes in the CRM system.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Coordinate with the post-sales support team to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products.
  • Participate in sales and product training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Contribute to the improvement of pre-sales processes and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with a focus on conflict resolution.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the organization and network with potential customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or pre-sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding effective solutions for customers.
