Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Franchise Sales Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a hybrid full-time role that involves both in-person and remote work. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our network by identifying potential franchisees, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, negotiating agreements, and nurturing long-lasting relationships with franchise partners. This position is perfect for someone with a knack for sales, a love for the outdoors, and a commitment to sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential franchisees to expand the Camp Monk network.
- Manage the franchise sales cycle from initial contact to signing agreements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with franchisees.
- Work closely with the legal team to understand and negotiate legal agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting potential franchisees.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new and existing franchisees.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in franchising or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships.
- Solid understanding of legal agreement terms and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or outdoor industry is highly regarded.
