Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing benefits and compensation, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment and selection processes
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Experience in benefits and compensation administration
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources is a plus
