Role Description We are seeking a qualified Senior Marketing Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our business. This role requires an individual who can think strategically, understands the importance of customer engagement, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and oversee the execution of a marketing plan across multiple channels, including online and offline advertising, events, brand management, and promotional campaigns for the company. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to create engaging and high-quality marketing content Strong project management and organizational skills Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and ideas Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional projects Well-versed in digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and online advertising Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy Experience in event management and public relations is a plus
