Job description
Frontline sales managers hold a pivotal role in an organization's sales force. Within an organization like Aditya Birla Capital which has several subsidiaries across multiple lines of business, FSMs are instrumental in driving success, for our distribution partners as well as end consumers. Their responsibilities extend far beyond traditional sales management.
Responsibilities: - Generating Lead and customer Data base. - Follow up the customer to get close the business & Making cold calls - Follow up the renewal data. - Maintain good relationship with Life insurance related clients & customers. - Daily update to the respective Branch Manager on the meetings. - Understanding customer needs and providing service accordingly Requirements: - Candidate preferably from Direct Marketing Channel - Experience: Minimum 1 Year of sales experience in Life Insurance/Retails sales/Cross sell-Banking -products/Fixed Deposit/Home Loan/ Mutual Fund/Any Field sales/Direct Sales etc. Qualification : Graduates. Age : 24 to 40 YearsCtc : - 3;45 LPA + Incentives
