Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Purpose Processing of SFS Operations for PAN India
Key Accountabilities - Performing end to end testing for various systems of SFS.
- Control costs within defined budgets
- Define and measure process improvements
- Handling various regulatory audits
- Regulatory reporting & adherence to guidelines issued by various regulators
- Sound knowledge of custody operations
- Manage process risks
- Management awareness of incidents
- Ensure systems are geared as per business requirements
Job Duties & Responsibilities - Ensure staff is trained adequately for all processes they handle
- Tracking JIRAs for both production and UAT
- Capable of analysing all the manual processes that can be automated
- Capable of preparing and reviewing CR/BRD/FSD
- Create awareness on regulatory environment
- Ensure all regulatory guidelines are followed
- Able to cover staff's that are on leave
- Should be able to handle Settlement / Corporate Actions and other integral parts of SFS
- Should be able to complete the Custody Billing, Accrual and receipt for all custody clients at various intervals
- Should be able to handle RCSA/Depository and various regulatory audits
- Guide and help Operations units and branches by resolving their queries pertaining to processes and accounts
- Ensure Compliance and adherence of internal and external regulations
- Ensured pro-active and sustained liaising with Product, Sales and Branch Operations heads
Required Experience - At least 8-10 years' experience in banking of which 3 years should be in Managerial position
Education / Preferred Qualifications - Post Graduate
- CA/CIWA/MBA (Finance)
