Job description

To provide support to New product industrialization and OEM handling, documentation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. NEW PRODUCT INDUSTRIALIZATION :
   • New product industrialization in process through Tyre engg calculation, SAP,PLM.
   • Product validations, analysis,CTR, Release trackings and adherence of time lines.
   • New process system development and establishing SOP, incorporation of its requirements in SAP.
   • Tooling knowledge and Procurements w.r.t NPD plan, tracking
   • Knowledge on DFMEA / PFMEA / Control Plan
2. PROCESS & PRODUCT:

• Optimize the use of existing material / alternate material for Product benefit
• Analyze product failure due to product/process and intiate improvement measures
• Generate quality improvement projects to improve the product performance and process efficiencies
• PDCA approach to continual improvement and system development

1. OE, TECHNICAL & QUALITY TASKS:

• Provide technical know-how and inputs OE,New product.
• Basic knowledge on Statistical knowledge for Data analysis.
• OEM requirements and system should be known very well
• Documentations w.r.t OE Coustomers / Product Understanding, execution towards requirements.
• OE Customer visit and Audit handling during new product introduction.

• Proficiency in Tyre Engginearing and Industrialization (Capable)

(Technical knowhow & ability in tyre engg, product establishment in Process, systems, plans and quality systems)

• Proficiency in OEM Customer handling and through on needs (Advanced)

(Ability to understand OEM Needs,best practices and other contemporary)

QUALIFICATION

B.E. Mechanical / B.Tech ( Rubber Technology) / Post Graduation in Science

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 - 5 years.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

(IF ANY)

ESSENTIAL

• Knowledge on DFMEA / PFMEA / Control Plan
• Basic knowledge on SAP / Tyre engg / PLM

DESIRABLE

ISO-TS16949, Statistical knowledge to interapt data, PDCA, Improvement projects in previous orginzation, system.
