Job description
JOB SUMMARY: The incumbent will be responsible for driving Renewal Income and Persistency related agenda and new initiatives by close coordination with distribution, call center and branch ops teams. Knowledge of Renewals/Persistency is a must.
Key Actionable Will be responsible for driving renewal collection and persistency with special focus on Peer to Peer initiative where policy assignment, loan against policy and premium financing & funding initiatives Close working with distribution, call center and branch ops teams to drive renewal persistency agenda for Peer to Peer initiative Tight monitoring of daily collections and other key business metrics at process and sub process level to drive Peer to Peer initiative Regular meetings and visits to distribution and branch ops team and drive collections under Peer to Peer initiative Responsible for highlighting early warning indicators which impacts the collection performance Analyze data to establish the problem RCA and report on efficacy of implemented solutions. Drive initiatives in line with company strategy to empower various interdepartmental teams like IT, BPMA and within department Collaborate with various stake holders like IT/BPMA to ensure timely delivery of and completion of various initiatives Consistent follow up on initiatives launched to ensure 100% desired outcome Make necessary improvements in the processes to improve process efficiency, reduce cost, improve turnaround time, etc. Coordinate with cross functional teams for various initiatives for timely tracking and closure Measures of Success · Renewal & Persistency target pertain to Peer to Peer initiative · 100% adherence for defined SLA for Peer to Peer initiative · Contribution in implementing various initiatives and their output tracking Key Goal (Business)· 100% collection target meeting for Peer to Peer initiative Efficiency tracking Cross functional Coordination Risk free process across CRT Key competencies/skills required · Must have a minimum of 9-10 years of experience in renewal collections, persistency from customer retention department. · Knowledge/ Understanding of Renewals & Persistency is a must Excellent in communication, document creation and presentation Good PR skills and able to get the work done from other depts. · Growth mindset and self-motivatedJob tags
