Job Title: Rotating and Package Engineer
Responsibilities Prepare / Check / Approve Specifications, Technical Datasheets, and Requisitions for Quotation for Pumps, Compressors, Gas/Steam Turbines, Fans, and Other Rotating Equipment. Technical queries, Technical Bid Analysis, Purchase Requisitions. Review / Comment / Approve of Vendor Drawings / Documents. Participates in the preparation of equipment lists. Participate in Material Handling Studies and Prepare / Check / Approve Material Handling Study Reports. Co-ordination with other disciplines, customer, Vendors, and sites for interface engineering Vendor monitoring, expediting, and managing. Any other relevant activities as defined by the Manager/Lead. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in engineering or related technical field. At least 10 - 12 years of experience in Detailed Design in Oil & Gas for Rotating Equipment. Should know about International Codes & and standards like API, and ASME for pumps, compressors, fans, and steam/Gas turbines. Software knowledge Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS Office, PDF, etc. Experience in Gas Turbine Combine Cycle, Compressor packages, Chemical Injection packages, electrochlorination, etc. Experience in Gas Turbine Combine Cycle, Compressor packages, Chemical Injection packages, Electro chlorination, Seawater Treatment Packages, GDU, VRU, WHRU etc.Job tags
