Job description

The Milliman MedInsight practice has assisted many healthcare organizations in evaluating and developing solutions to complex business problems. Our consultants are experienced in the key issues related to healthcare operations and the use of technology to support those operations. Because of our focus on those unique technology and operations issues facing the healthcare industry, we are uniquely qualified to assist organizations in solving complex business problems. Our Health IT software team has been developing and selling data warehousing solutions for over twelve years.

What is expected of you at this level :

Understand the overall concept of the organization, its mission, and its values.

Demonstrate learning attitude during the various training imparted & products they assist in during their tenure.

Learn about the various technologies used within the SecOPs team.

Progressive during the tenure to learn working independently upon receiving general guidance on projects.

Work effectively in a distributed global team environment.

What you must have :

Knowledge of working with virtual servers.

Basic hands on experience on Windows OS environment.

Basic understanding of Active Directory.

Basic understanding of Azure fundamentals concepts.

Ability to work in good collaboration with different teams

Good communication skills

What you will do after training:

Manage users and security groups in active directory/Azure active directory

Work on tickets created on the ticketing tool

Provide technical support to the in-house users with their issues on Windows servers and applications running on Windows servers

Work on various projects assigned to you during the tenure

Troubleshoot issues related to SQL servers

Troubleshoot basic issues on Azure cloud services
