Location- Bangalore
Mode- Hybrid
Experience- 8 years and above
- Analyze the local market and find commercial opportunities based on research and customer insights.
- Attend regional brand meetings to understand and adapt the global product strategy for local priorities and business plans.
- Develop, implement, and track digital campaigns and materials for different stakeholders.
- Ensure sales teams understand the strategic goals and support them with training and tools.
- Conduct field visits twice a week with sales teams to gather feedback and insights, and meet with stakeholders to develop materials or implement programs.
- Forecast and track product sales and expenses.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects.
- Coach and guide the team members reporting to you.
- Ensure the sales team is well-staffed and motivated by recruiting, coaching, training, developing, rewarding, and retaining the right people.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Create a trusting environment with strong ethics, integrity, and open communication.
