Job Description: Role Purpose:  The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the companys financial health and growth. The primary objective of this position is to oversee and manage the companys financial operations, including cash flow management, compliance adherence, financial auditing, revenue, and budgeting processes. Additionally, the Finance Manager will contribute to the companys strategic planning by providing insights into legalization, contracts, and an overview of Accounts Payable (AP)/Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including cash flow management, compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, and financial reporting.
• Conduct thorough financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies and budgeting processes to support the companys financial goals.
• Provide strategic financial insights to assist with company legalization, contract reviews, and negotiations.
• Oversee the AP/AR processes, ensuring timely payments and collections, and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and policies that align with company objectives.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis for decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

Experience Level:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management or a similar role, preferably in the [specific industry, if applicable].
• Proven track record of managing finance departments, financial planning, and analysis.
