Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at Capital Retro Industries in Lucknow. The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, filing and organizing paperwork, assisting with inventory management, and providing support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with inventory management and database software is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
