Job description
Job Summary: The client is looking for a Project Manager: A Fortune 100 client is seeking a project manager to assist in their vendor management/procurement line of business. Currently, the team is utilizing Enlighta as their vendor management tool and there are a lot of upgrades that are planned this year. As a PM, you will assist the Enlighta Tool Team lead in participating in vendor management/procurement discussions to understand the requirements, document the requirements, assist in planning enhancements, develop SOPs, and document meeting notes. Enlighta is already installed within the organization but Enlighta will need to integrate into ServiceNow in 2024.
Responsibilities: 5+ years in IT Proven experience as Project Manager, understanding SDLC Experience in writing software documentation (functional and/or technical requirements) Ability to collaborate with multiple levels of stakeholders Proficient in MS Office Experience with Vendor Management tools(Enlighta is preferred but will accept similar tools: ) Understanding of ServiceNow (preferred if the candidate has been part of a ServiceNow integration) Excellent written and oral communication (English) Qualifications: Vendor Management expertise Procurement background Enlighta ToolJob tags
