Work from Home! Compensation with 1 Year Experience - 3.6 LPA; 2 Years Experience - 5 LPA; 3+ Years experience - 6 LPA. Plus Annual Bonus. Please do not apply if compensation is not acceptable. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs to support our web and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement robust and efficient data storage solutions, including databases, caching mechanisms, and data processing pipelines. Optimize backend code for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance. Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and security of the backend infrastructure. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in back-end development and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices. Work closely with frontend developers to integrate backend services with user interfaces and ensure seamless user experiences. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend development. Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python or Go, Django Framework. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Persuasive communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Skills Required: Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python or Go.
