Title: HR Manager Location- Noida Sector-2 (Nearest Metro Station Noida Sector -15) Offered Salary- INR 30k to 40k
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our dynamic team at our Performance marketing agency. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our employees, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry. Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: ● Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. ● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. ● Coordinate employee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 2. Employee Relations: ● Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. ● Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and team-building initiatives. ● Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess job satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. 3. Performance Management: ● Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. ● Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions. 4. HR Administration and Compliance: ● Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. ● Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. ● Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and procedures. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● 1.5+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry. ● Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation. ● Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
