Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at The Residency Hotels in Chennai. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the hotel's high standards. They will also be responsible for problem-solving, handling guest complaints, and ensuring efficient use of hotel resources.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with hotel industry operations and procedures
• Experience in customer service and guest relations
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Fluency in English and Tamil
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience as a Duty Manager or similar role
• Additional language proficiency
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
