Job description
Responsible for Portfolio growth and retention of existing customer, achievement of Disbursement targets allotted to the branch on Housing & mortgage Loans and insurance premiums.
Responsible for the meeting the Weighted Average Yield target allotted to the branch.
Lead generation & management activities which includes monitoring the activities and productivity of the Sales. Officers, empanelment of the direct sourcing agents at all locations and ensure regular flow of business.
Planning & execution of marketing activities of the locations with monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis.
Responsible for housing loan file logins as per the product & policy norms of Aham HFC, location visits to meet the identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal.
Ensuring proper & complete documentation of housing loan files put up for sanction , management of post sanction documentation i.e. disbursement documentation.
Ensuring customer satisfaction for all loans sanctioned & disbursed by Aham HFC.
Responsible for recruitment of sales officers, training them and ensuring the productivity levels as per the norms of the company, closure of outstanding post disbursal documentation.
Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for regularisation of the loan.
