As the Project Manager in the ASSP Excellence team, you would be accountable for the following:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with overall organization's objectives. Evaluate and enhance the existing operating models to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluate the current internal procurement data/ process /technology and set up along with inspiration from other best in class procurement set ups to get insights which support our decisions.
• Assessing the combination of current organizational structure, procurement processes, capabilities, performance
• Develop and manage the project plans, ensuring meeting the milestones within the timelines.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across different procurement functions to gather inputs, synthesize those inputs and build consensus to ensure the right recommendations and implementation plans.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.

• Experience in Procurement/ Sourcing/ Category management. Understand the overall nature of the business and interdependencies between procurement and other functions.
• Strong Project Management skills and proven experience as Project Manager
• Strong Strategic Mindset
• Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills with keen understanding of business processes and ability to churn out the insights.
• Good story telling / storyboarding and ability to influence others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven experience to manage Senior Stakeholders in the organization.
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate at different levels.
