Key Responsibilities: Cultivate exceptional guest relationships: Build rapport, actively listen to guests' needs and concerns, and personalize their experience throughout their stay. Embrace a collaborative spirit: Work seamlessly across departments and teams, fostering communication and collaboration to resolve guest issues and deliver exceptional service. Become a champion of guest feedback: Analyse and interpret guest feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Think strategically: Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance guest satisfaction scores. Lead and mentor: Guide, train, and motivate Guest Relations & Experience Executives, fostering a high-performance team environment. Qualifications: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality or a related field, with a proven track record of exceeding guest expectations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. A passion for service excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in hospitality software and relevant digital tools. Why Atmantan?
