Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Representative located in Bengaluru. The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with customer support and satisfaction, communication, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Tender and Rate Contract filling using procurement website, institutional websites and taking necessary inputs from sales team members to identify potential Tenders and Rate Contract.
Quotation preparation as per the inputs from sales team members
Documentation of Purchase order, statement of work, rate contracts etc
Preparing and Cross checking SOW (Statement of Work) before receiving the sample to ensure no discrepancy
Handling sample shipment as per the inputs from sales team members
Sample storage upon arrival and generation of project ID before handling the samples to lab
Proper tracking of project timeline.
Payment follow up
Database creation and update
Providing weekly sample status/Project update report to the manager.
Qualifications
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in multiple languages, experience in the genomics industry, and knowledge of CRM software.
