The Commercial Analytics Team directly embeds in Vista s Regional organization to drive forward strategic opportunities to optimize the customer experience
You will be an analyst partnering with teams of product, merchandizing, pricing, and marketing experts, where you will bring forward ideas and help uncover insights
We are looking for a driven Lead Analyst has a consulting attitude to drive important analyses that expose potential optimizations for the customer journey
You are technical but at the same time can convey the business meaning behind a complex set of metrics and drive actionable recommendations
What You Will Do:
A team leader , driving the team s output: you will be close partner with a General Manager and will be heavily influencing project prioritization, and mentoring other analysts.
A great teammate , with the ability to coordinate across domains and time zones to see a project through all the way from ideation and analysis to documentation and presentation.
An internal consultant , sharing concrete insights to help your business partners make better decisions on the full spectrum of the customer journey (eg, Marketing recommendations to drive customer acquisition; site analysis to improve the UX; operations to improve the On-Time-Delivery ; etc)
A storyteller , communicating effectively with all audiences: you will communicate risks and dependencies to help with prioritization, as well as communicating complex analytical concepts to non-technical collaborators to drive data driven decisions. You will use visualization or crisp narratives to deliver your message tailored to your audience.
A scientist , designing and analyzing a/b/n tests: you will design experiments and analyze results to provide insightful recommendations to the business
A student, learning new techniques when required: you will have to learn new skills to get to the best possible recommendations when required. We ve got you covered with in-house experts and trainings (unlimited access to Udemy on top of company s workshops)
An owner , solving problems that might appear out of scope : you will have to raise your voice if something seems broken and be pro-active to offer solutions
Your Qualifications:
5+ years in an analytics environment and a bachelors degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related field.
Sophisticated technical skills in SQL (Snowflake), web-analytics tools (Google Analytics 360 + Data Studio, Adobe Analytics) and visualization tools (Domo, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
Good understanding of exploratory analysis and statistical techniques and skilled in finding important patterns and trends in the data.
Strong problem-solving skills (ability to translate a business ask into a very concrete question and then breakdown it down into important analysis).
Compelling communication and exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to articulate points clearly based on the audience and manage relationships with key business partners effectively, ensuring alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
Excellent organizational skills, good attention to detail and consistent record of effectively delivering on projects supporting multiple business partners to make decisions.
Nice to have:
Familiar with programming languages (eg, Python, R),
Experience in e-commerce
Experience with Optimizely, Statig, or similar experimentation tools.
