Job description

Job Responsibilities :
• Establishing the New Product line –Agricultural Farm Machinery – Powertillers, Rotavators, Harvester, Combine,Weeder and other Farm implements in States of UP, Chattis Garh, Bihar,West Bengal, Assam and Tamil Nadu .
Scouting & Appointment of Channel Partners - 3S (Sales, Service & Spares)
• Target Achievement – Annual Quantity Volume, Topline
• Must have Initiative to increase the Enquiry generation and improve conversion ratio.
• Business Development Activities, Sales Promotional campaigns – Field Working Demo, Van Campaign, Agri Market Penetration.
• Planning, Implementation and Review of Sales Promotional schemes for Primary and Secondary Sales
• Active Participation in Govt. Sponsored schemes & Tenders and Supply.
• Liasioning with Govt. Officials and other stakeholders for successful distribution of products in various Govt. Schemes.
• Team Handling – Motivating & Managing the team of Sales Officers to achieve the desired business results.
• Supervise & Monitor the routine activities of the Sales Team and achieve the sales revenue from the assigned territory.
• Training the Field Sales Force for capability enhancement – Product Training, Complaint Handling and Sales Call.
Ensuring availability of Service facility, Manpower and Spares.
• Ensure ROI and Profitability for Authorised Dealers
