Job description

 Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.

 Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.

 Preparing Annual Marketing and PR Calendar for the Group.

 Develop marketing materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures,

promotional materials, maps) for promotional events, property tours, and conferences.

 Coming up with strategies to boost revenues and visibility. 

 Create engaging content for the company's website, social media channels, and other

marketing materials.

 Prepare or edit letters, invitations, monthly and quarterly press reports, and news releases,

using word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation.

 Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts

our target groups.

 Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds

wisely.

 Respond to all daily general media inquiries.

 Monitor media coverage and other external factors to identify potential or actual problem

areas and opportunities.

 Support media relations outreach efforts and other activities to bolster the property's

reputation and image in the community.

 Coordinate on-property visits from media, including reservations, amenities, special requests,

and dining.

 File and update press database, digital library, and press clippings.

 Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda,

reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and

completeness.

 Edit and update promotional and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)

 Prepare and distribute press releases.

 Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the reportees.

 Performing miscellaneous tasks as and when directed by the Director/CEO.

 Social media handling (for all the units).

 Handling online & offline promotional activities.

 Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies.

 Coordination with all the agency team.

 Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

 Make updates to property website.
