Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - FreshService Administrator
In this role, as a FreshService administrator, should be in a position to manage configuration channels, user management, custom forms creation, and widgets development to facilitate efficient ITSM operations.
. Responsible for administration and development support for the Integrated Service Desk Management module of FreshService.
. Custom forms design, flow design, role and access management.
. Reports and dashboards design and configuration.
. FreshService asset management - import, configure, and customize.
. widgets development to facilitate efficient ITSM operations.
. B.S in Computer Science or equivalent
. Strong domain knowledge and technical orientation.
. Knowledge of OS, MDM and Office Issues.
. Good communications skills in English.
. Should be able to deliver on tight timelines.
. In-depth knowledge of ITSM and FreshService.
. Proven experience with large-scale ITSM environment
. Should be hands on with Freshservice administration and scripting.
