Job Description
We are actively seeking an Employee Experience Facilitator to join our Human Resources and Administration team at Awedeet. As the Employee Experience Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall employee experience, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment. If you have a passion for employee well-being, engagement, and creating a vibrant workplace culture, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR and Administration team to design and implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities, workshops, and events that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, gathering feedback and insights to drive improvements.
- Support talent development and training initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Implement recognition and reward programs to acknowledge and motivate high-performing employees.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a thriving and inclusive workplace environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for employee well-being, engagement, and workplace culture.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or pursuing one).
