Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, and developing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure SAP HCM Time Management applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

- Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP HCM Time Management and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP HCM Time Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Solid understanding of SAP HCM Time Management processes and configuration.
- Experience in leading SAP HCM Time Management implementations and upgrades.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
