Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and communication.

Qualifications

• Phone etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in reservations and communicating with internal and external customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and software applications, including Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
