Job description
Your Day-to-Day:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social selling strategy for Partners, aligned with business goals, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
- Curate engaging content tailored for Partners social selling, including thought leadership articles, case studies, and visual content.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align social selling efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
- Monitor social media trends and algorithms, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the ROI from Bentley s investment with Partner into social selling campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Train and educate Partners on effective social selling and marketing techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Enable Partners to leverage max. results from digital resources within Bentley and drive Digital Implementation and Advancement. Serve as a primary point of contact for digital enablement-related matters and collaborate with Bentley Digital Sales.
- Oversee the day-to-day Partner enablement activities, advising Partners on eStore, social selling, and MDF applications in the role of an SME.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitor activities related to social selling.
- Manage and analyze the Co-Selling Fund (CSF) program.
- Strategizing social selling, driving brand awareness, and contributing to Partners own lead generation
- Social selling campaign curation and customisation to best suit the needs of the Partners market / users
- Partner collaboration, training, and coaching on social selling
- Drive healthy ROI from CSF investments and report regularly on achieved returns and adjustments needed.
What You Bring to The Team:
- BS/BA Degree or Equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social selling strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business development and partner sales teams and cross-functional departments.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for social media that drives brand awareness and lead generation.
