Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Fleet Management – MIS & Automation!

We are looking for professionals with Collections Skills who have worked preferably in collections management and have a good understanding of upstream and downstream of Collections

Responsibilities

· Should be able to work in blended environments where both Inbound and Outbound calls can cater.

· Background in customer-facing roles

· Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners' inquiries quickly, effectively, and professionally.

· Assists with communication and training with business process owners and partners on Master Data standards, definitions, processes, and data governance tools.

· Extract data and measure against targets and identify situations that need escalation or additional support.

· Implement strategy to reduce turnaround time on Research and resolving issues in a manner to expedite all cases in order to avoid any adverse customer impact.

· Participate in reviews, audits, and assessments.

· Support targets and critical initiatives, plus support deployments

· Able to automate reports using Power Query or VBA Macros

· Ensuring that data is accurate by conducting audits and identifying trends that may indicate problems with data quality.

· Creating guidelines for data structure within an organization to ensure consistency in how information is stored, organized, and accessed.

· Developing standards for storing and accessing data using tools such as VBA Macros, Power BI & Power Apps

· Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets to provide appropriate data insights.

· Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.

· Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.

· Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

· Hands On experience of Advance Excel. VBA Macros, Power BI, Power App and Power Automate.

· Experience in writing DAX functions in Power BI Desktop reports

· Experience in creating workspace group and Scheduling reports in Power BI Service

Minimum Qualifications

· B. Com/Any Non-technical graduate.

· Years of relevant experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, VBA Macros, Power BI & Power Apps
