Job Purpose:

The Executive assists the Manager-HRP, for payroll on-boarding/ migration activities of client companies, especially assisting day-to-day activities of Payroll setup & validation, Internal follow-up, Implementation status check and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Performs daily work with medium complexity, including payroll calculations during the setup phase, and implementation of client-specific and generic reports (monthly/ ad-hoc). Knowledge of end-to-end payroll process (input validation, processing steps, review mechanism, client reporting, compliance reports) Should possess good command in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word. Additional Knowledge of PMT, Visio, and Power BI will be preferable. Assists in the startup and manages the payroll administration for new clients Attending and managing call with the Tech team on payroll build and back-end customization Perform other duties as assigned.
