What to expect from the role

Work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.

Cross collaboration with stakeholders from different teams.

High Growth opportunities. Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.

Identify new sales opportunities across the globe and handle both inbound, and outbound calls.

High proficiency with email communication to explore sales opportunities

Achieve monthly/quarterly milestones and close sales

Regularly study accounts and identify important players

Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing deals

Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects Requirements

We look for candidates who are empathetic, self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Experience: 1-3 years, preferably EdTech sales

CRM knowledge would be a plus (Leadsquared/ Salesforce)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Jovian is founded by Aakash N S and Siddhant Ujjain, ex-Silicon Valley engineers with CS degrees from IIT Bombay & IIT Delhi respectively.
