We are looking for an LLM Engineer to join our team and help us build a state-of-the-art chatbot using the latest advances in natural language processing and large language models. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying chatbot solutions that can handle complex and diverse user queries, generate engaging and informative responses, and leverage retrieval augmented generation and prompt engineering techniques.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define the chatbot requirements, scope, and features.
- Research, evaluate, and implement the best practices and tools for building chatbot applications using large language models such as GPT-4, BERT, T5, etc.
- Develop, test, and debug chatbot code using Python, SQL, and other programming languages and frameworks.
- Apply data science, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing methods to analyze, process, and improve the chatbot data and performance.
- Create and optimize prompts and queries for retrieval augmented generation and prompt engineering techniques to enhance the chatbot capabilities and user experience.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain the chatbot solutions on cloud platforms and ensure their scalability, reliability, and security.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in developing chatbot applications using large language models and natural language processing techniques.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and other programming languages and frameworks for chatbot development.
- Familiar with data science, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing concepts, tools, and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, spaCy, etc.
- Experience in using retrieval augmented generation and prompt engineering techniques to improve the chatbot quality and diversity.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc. for chatbot deployment and management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
