Job description

Job Responsibilities: · Lead the technical aspects of CRM projects, including system design, customization, configuration, integration, and maintenance. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the CRM platform. · Design and develop CRM system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity. · Customize CRM software, such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics, to meet specific business needs, including workflows, processes, and data models. · Implement data migration strategies, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to the CRM platform. · Integrate the CRM system with other business applications and platforms, such as marketing automation tools, ERP systems, and data warehouses. · Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. · Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the CRM system's security, performance, and compliance with data privacy regulations. · Conduct system audits, performance assessments, and upgrades to optimize CRM functionality and user experience. · Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and updates in CRM technologies, making recommendations for system enhancements and improvements · Project experience in Channel Sales, Furniture & Exports are preferred

Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or a Master's degree is a plus. · Proven experience (at least 10 years) in CRM development and technical leadership roles. · Strong technical proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics. · Extensive knowledge of CRM system architecture, data models, customization, and integration techniques. · Experience with CRM configuration and customization tools, such as Salesforce Lightning, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, or equivalent. · Familiarity with data migration, ETL processes, and database management concepts. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Relevant certifications in CRM platforms or software development methodologies are preferred
