Your role You will join a global team of early careers TA recruitment partners, co-ordinators and marketing partners who attract, assess, and hire Interns, summer placements, graduates and apprentices annually into mainly tech-based roles in India. Partnering with the business stakeholders this role focuses on the delivery of the annual Early Careers TA campaign partnering with the business ensuring we deliver a first class early careers experience for candidates who are looking to develop their careers in one of the world’s leading technology companies. What does it look like day to day?

To be successful in this role you will have experience in recruitment business partnering and high-volume recruitment delivery, ideally this will be in early careers. Day to day this team delivers a large-scale early careers (Graduate/Apprenticeship/Intern) campaign so you will partner with the business and the TA team to ensure we are attracting and assessing the best talent suitable for our intern / graduate and apprentice opportunities. This role focuses on business partnering, working with the key stakeholder’s day to day to ensure we have the most suitable and qualified early talent moving through the application process to offer and onboarding, along the way you will support with planning the annual activity, being a key member of the intern placement activity supporting our intakes during their placements and finally seeing them convert into graduates at the end of their placements. To be successful: Whilst ability, motivation, and attitude are most important, it would be a distinct advantage to have: • 3 – 4 years’ experience of Early Careers & Campus/Graduate/Intern Recruitment for at least one season • Proven experience of engaging, collaborating, and having a solid understanding of the demand of stakeholders (Clients, Candidates, Suppliers and internal). • Independent in managing the recruitment cycle, awareness of methods and techniques to support the process. • Strong verbal and written competencies. • Takes ownership and accountability for workload and key deliverables and effective time-management skills. • Proven evidence of supporting with the learning and development of more junior team members. • Demonstrates an excellent working knowledge about key systems (e.g. ATS) and processes. • Able to analyse more complex reports and data. • Knows when to proactively flag to management anything that may cause an issue.
