Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Collaborate with senior management to drive organisational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives. Talent Management:

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.

Implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.

Conduct performance management and succession planning to ensure a high-performing workforce. Employee Relations:

Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and conflict resolution.

Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations. Labor Relations:

Collaborate with labor unions, where applicable, to maintain positive relations and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes that may impact the organization. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:

Stay current on HR laws and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.

Ensure the plant's compliance with all HR-related regulatory requirements. HR Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess and improve HR programs and processes.

Prepare regular reports for senior management on key HR metrics and trends.

The Successful Applicant

Tota Years of Experience - 15+ Years

Core Experience -

Candidates who have managed multiple plant locations across India

Worked with established Brands / Companies and managed well defined processes, well set HR systems.

Not looking at candidates with only Core IR/ER Experience. Best fit is someone with more HRBP Experience

Should have managed Org Structuring, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development,

Culture Standpoint - Business & Employee Advocacy skills are important. Resilience to make changes, work collaboratively to drive activities. Good networking & people management skills.

Location - Vadodara

MBA is a must from a decent college
