Telemarketer

This is a full-time Telemarketer position located onsite in Kolkata. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating sales leads, completing appointment scheduling, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Sales
• Experience using CRM software
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field would be ideal
• Experience in website development or related industry would be a plus
