Job description

About the Role: Hashfame is hiring for the role of SDR - Executive. The SDR is responsible for onboarding of Brands into the Creator marketplace, which is built for fast-growth SMB, and enterprise brands.

Primary Responsibilities: ● Use multiple lead generation methods and tools to generate a list of targeted brands for partnerships. ● Generate new partnership opportunities by outbound prospecting into target accounts. ● Map the Accounts to the respective Regions and understand the Potential Spends of the Account ● Set the context and Set Up meetings with respective Regions Sales Manger ● Engage with prospective brand managers to understand their unique and specific pain points and discuss different models of associations to meet their needs. ● Drive brand partnerships, expand the base and generate and maintain a pipeline of partnerships. ● Lead presentations, including discovery calls ● Update and manage all activities, opportunities, and conversations in CRM and sheets.

Secondary Responsibilities: ● Build and maintain strong relationships with senior Sales Managers. ● Continuously grow your personal network to widen and bring about a robust partnerships pipeline. ● Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding for new brands. ● Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback for future development. ● Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth.

Requirements and Qualification: ● Minimum of 1 years of experience in Partnership or sales oriented roles. ● Record of meeting or exceeding goals. ● Experience with cold reach outs and communications, with relationship building abilities. ● Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment with a proactive approach.
