Open for one of Industrial Gas manufacturing company.

Position: Distribution Assistant

Must Have: Should have min 2 years exp. as Distribution Assistant and must have exp. in logistics of any industry, preferably cryogenic industry (Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen, Liquid Argon) will be an added advantage

Location: Dahej, Gujarat

Qualification: Min Graduate preferably Post-Graduate with specialization in Logistics / Supply Chain / Distribution Management

Experience: Min 2 year

Job Description:

Deliver officer position will be responsible for deliver shift operations for his / her assigned location. He / She steer day to day logistics operations in coordination with all stockholders meeting business requirements. Safety, quality, statutory, operational efficiency & reliability are the key deliverables for the position in order to improve customer satisfaction and enhance profitability in sustainable manner.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Implementation of IMS in line with ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 standards.
• Implementation of Company Quality Policy, Safety & Environment Policy & Objectives as defined.
• Pre-trip & Post trip inspection of tankers and package vehicles.
• Conducting JSO, SOS, MDVR review and preparation of monthly KPI reports.
• Compliance to Bulk tankers and package trucks statutory requirements.
• Drivers training.
• Documents filing as per requirement
• 5S implementation
