Heading the functions HR, Admin, Safety & Welfare
1) Recruitment, Training & development, Time office, Salary Process, PF /ESI registration and payment remittance.
2) Handling IATF audit, Statutory inspections.
3) Handling Canteen, House Keeping and Security
4) MIS report & Contract Management
Note: Preferable in Bus Body Building / General engineering
Qualification: MBA / MSW / MA - HR Specialization - CGPA - Min 7.5
Software skills: MS-Office
