Job Title: Associate Director – Direct Taxation
Department: Direct Taxation
TRC Branch: Mumbai
Experience: (In Years): 10+years
Qualification: CA
Post Qualification experience of 10 to 12 years in Direct Tax
Technical Expertise in:
- Domestic Corporate Tax
- International Taxation
- Transfer Pricing
- Individual Taxation
- Foreign Exchange Management Act
- Trusts /AOPs taxation
Area of experience:
- Compliances including TDS, Returns and other Forms under Income Tax provisions
- Opinions and advisory on routine matters, complex matters, Business Strategies & Structuring, Mergers & Acquisition
- Assessments, reassessments, Appeals/ Revision before Commissioner, Appeals before Tribunal and other Representation Services before different authorities in Income Tax
- Special Audit under Income Tax
- Various approvals from Income Tax Department such as Lower TDS, 80G, Trust Exemptions, etc.
- Inbound / Outbound investment advisory and structuring
- Preparation of Transfer Pricing Study with practical exposure of using database
- Compliances under FEMA related to FDI / ODI
- Advisory & Opinions on FEMA matter
- Approvals and Compounding under FEMA
