Looking for COO for a telecom Partner based out of Mumbai who will be handling South and East circle. Ideal candidate will be who has handled mass distribution in south market and ready to relocate to Mumbai.The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Sales and distribution strategy, will be responsible to Collaborate with the execution team of Circles to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives with respect to AOP Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operationsPresent operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market researchQualifications18 25 years' of executive experience from Telecom background or mass retail industryStrategic planning and business development experienceStrong written and verbal and presentation skillsStrong leadership and organizational skills
