Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all endtoend projects including client handling project preparation execution and completion
- Define SLAs and timelines for project completion and ensure adherence to them
- Effectively manage project teams and coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution
- Understand customer environments and develop deployment and integration roadmaps
- Plan and conduct periodic project reviews for key customers
- Coordinate with clients and partners to address and resolve hardware or software failures
- Manage change requests including planning execution testing and rollback plans
- Identify issues and solutions during operations and plan change activities accordingly
- Follow up on fixing workarounds root cause analysis knowledge sharing and escalations from L2
- Collaborate with customers and employees to identify and provide solutions to problems
- Maintain accurate and detailed project records and logs
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in project management preferably in the HR industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
