Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the enterprise segment.
• Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team; manage team performance, set sales targets, and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key enterprise clients.
• Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift strategic directions of the market and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, specifically in the SaaS industry.
• Previous experience in managing and leading sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• B.Tech or MBA preferred.
