Job Summary

The Program Coordinator, Gender will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the program activities. The Coordinator will ensure the program activities are delivered keeping in focus the challenges and solutions for women farmers on time with high quality and impact. S/he will be responsible for managing the program implementation in the state along with handling the Gender portfolio in the project. The role will require understanding of the agriculture sector, FPOs/SHGs, and challenges of women farmers, along with training and mentoring skills. The role will require prior experience of conducting gender training and developing modules on gender. Liasoning with Government/private partners to implement the program activities in time. Flexible to twist the role based on the organization's requirements at any given point of time.
