Job Overview
We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator for a prestigious chain of luxury lifestyle store that offer an exclusive boutique experience deeply rooted in Indian tradition and culture. As the Operations Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our luxury lifestyle store. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of operations and optimizing processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate regular reports on key operational metrics.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decisionmaking.
- Continuously assess and improve operational processes for efficiency.
- Implement best practices to streamline daytoday operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technological enhancements.
- Implement and uphold quality control measures to maintain product standards.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any productrelated issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and take corrective actions as needed.
- Continuously monitor and analyze operational processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Make datadriven decisions to optimize resource utilization and minimize wastage.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead process improvement initiatives working crossfunctionally with other departments to drive changes and enhance overall performance.
- Identify potential risks in operational processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Proactively address issues and develop contingency plans to maintain continuity in critical operations.
- Conduct regular stock assessments and implement strategies for stock optimization.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure accurate product availability.
- Resolve any orderrelated issues promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation or Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a related field.
- Proven 12 years of experience in operations coordination preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Good proficiency in using tools for reporting and presentations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on new platforms and analytics tools.
- Should have an analytical background.
- Willingness for domestic and other travels
